Reporting to the group Sr. Director of Customer Sales, the Order Administration Manager will develop and lead the Order Administration team with a particular focus on developing optimal team structure, team improvement/staffing and operational metrics surrounding efficiency & accuracy. years of Order Administration or similar operational experience, or 2
years leading an Order Administration team Proficiency/experience with standard business software applications such as MS Office Suite, CRM, ERP and Reporting Tools Effective oral and written communication, the ability to work in a team environment, accept guidance and collaborate with others Demonstrable history of successful team leadership or role progression via successful execution Operational experience in the Hospitality Industry or Point of Sale category is a plus. Prepare and present strategy, execution & team updates to senior leadership Created or update process and policy documentation as necessary Travel to internal meetings and off-site strategy sessions Manage customer escalations originating from or related to the Order Administration team Remain current on all legal and financial requirements necessary to properly accept and process a customer order
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K

System & Network AdministrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
