Position Description Reporting to the group Sr. Director of Customer Sales, the Order Administration Manager will develop and lead the Order Administration team with a particular focus on developing optimal team structure, team improvement/staffing and operational metrics surrounding efficiency & accuracy. What We're Looking For 5
years of Order Administration, Sales Administration or similar operational experience, or 2
years leading an Order Administration team Proficiency/experience with standard business software applications such as MS Office Suite, CRM, ERP and Reporting Tools Effective oral and written communication, the ability to work in a team environment, accept guidance and collaborate with others Demonstrable history of successful team leadership or role progression via successful execution Operational experience in the Hospitality Industry or Point of Sale category is a plus. Why We Need You Build, enhance and manage a team of administration professionals Continually develop, execute, revise team strategy & structure to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving company Accomplish day-to-day results through effective communication of expectations, individual coaching, monitoring of metrics and general team leadership Participate in cross departmental leadership meetings both to represent the needs of administrative improvement and to understand the needs of the customers. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
