Essential Functions:
Include investigating, making coverage determination, preparing complete scope and adjusting to disposition personal and commercial lines losses.
Making extensive personal contact with insureds, their legal representatives and customer agents; occasionally contacting law enforcement officials.
Operating independently on an independent basis with limited supervision in handling/settling a high volume of claims within assigned authority.
Submit reports within specified time frames as required by the Claims Technical Manual or as required by Supervisor or Manager.
Education:
Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
3-4 years adjusting experience in first party property line of business.
Salary Range:
$60,100-$90,200 The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee's work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.
