Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner - Sweep or scrub floors - Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars - Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed - Help with bussing tables and clearing dishes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Ability to work well as part of a team - Basic knowledge of food service and culinary practices Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift heavy objects.
