- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal - Clear tables and clean up after customers leave - Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Handle cash transactions and process payments using a POS system - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service - Follow all sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus We are looking for individuals who are friendly, customer-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
