Experience:
o 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required.
o Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
o Candidates must have a New York license in hand at the time of application.
o This role will require floating to multiple units o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.

36 guaranteed hours 2 years in SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU Floating required if needed:
To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding) Common patient diagnosis:
Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi, CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx Drips and medications:
Pressors- Levophed, Neo, Epi, Vasopressin,Dobutamine & Dopamine, Vasodilators- Cleviprex, Cardene, NTG, Anti-arrhythmics- Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lido Sedation- Precedex, Propofol, Fentanyl,TPN and Insulin Specialty equipment used on unit:
IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun) Scrubs:
