- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications - Slice, chop, and prepare ingredients such as meats, cheeses, and vegetables - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure cleanliness and freshness of ingredients - Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and slicers - Maintain inventory of sandwich ingredients and notify supervisor when supplies are low - Assist with cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized work area Skills:
- Strong math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of sandwiches - Culinary knowledge to create delicious and visually appealing sandwiches - Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus - Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment - Exceptional customer service skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Knowledge of bussing tables and clearing dishes in a fast-paced food service environment - Cash handling experience for processing customer payments This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for creating delicious sandwiches.
