Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager will plan, organize, measure and direct all Manufacturing operations of the New Hartford Division to include manufacturing, materials, management, engineering and auxiliary functions to result in on-time delivery of products which meet requirements and lead the industry in quality and cost-effectiveness.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
