As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the assigned salon in the following ways:
Directly supervise the team members at the salon
Train team members to increase sales
Train team members with regard to Quality, Service and Cleanliness
Schedule the work shifts for the salon
Coach team members toward meeting Zoom Tan's standards of excellence
Interview candidates utilizing the corporate tools available to determine if the candidate meets the Zoom Tan standards of excellence
Communicate issues (with proposed solutions) to the District Manager
Work at least 40 hours per week, including 5 shifts
Cover the salon in the event of a team member absence
Contact applicants forward from HR during the hiring process for phone screen and interview.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Store Managers are offered a competitive compensation package including: above average hourly wage plus commissions, paid time off (PTO), monthly bonuses, and benefits to include medical, dental and vision.
